Books on Binding Corporate Rules and Transborder Data Flows

I missed this interesting book written by Lokke Moerel entitled "Binding Corporate Rules - Corporate Self-Regulation of Global Data Transfers" published in 2012. Judging from reading the freely available first chapter (pdf), it seems to be very insightful work although at quite a price (I know it's a law book which usually comes with a hefty price tag - too much for my private library on data protection law anyway).

Looking into the near future, the renowned Christopher Kuner has written a book entitled "Transborder Data Flows and Data Privacy Law" to be published in May 2013.
